Is it possible to select non default Oracle Home when connect to Oracle database?

ORACLE_HOME should be in the registry so could be changed by the program prior to connecting to the database.

If I understand your question correctly, the answer is YES.

At one point, we had three versions of the Oracle Client installed on our workstations at the same time. We were able to change the default Oracle Client between them at will using the Oracle Home tool.
