Good Afternoon!

We have 2 applications written in PB2019 R3 2703 Runtime 19.2.0.2703.

1.) One is run automatically to generate PDF reports thru datawindow and save the PDFs into our database.

2.) The other one is users involved which means our users can re-print the PDF from the above application and save to our database.

What changes are made on the application # 1.) will be made exact same for the application # 2.).

We have a problem with the application #1.), whenever it prints a PDF, that saved PDF has blank pages as a first page on every group of the datawindow.

So we run the application #2.) on the machine of application #1.) with exact same report/ same datawindow then we do not have that problem which means the PDF is saved nicely for the application #2.)

We are not sure what is happening with the application #1.)

Do you guys have any idea how to fix the issue "the saved PDF has blank pages as a first page on every group of the datawindow." on that application #1.) ?

( Both applications generate PDFs using Sybase Datawindow PS)

Thank you very much!

Sounds like the printer settings page dimensions/size are different so you are having a little run off.

That has been fixed in the latest build of 2019-R3 #2728 and in 2021.
