Resolved Save as PDF not working for report pb2019 r3

We have powerbuilder 2019r3 version we just updated it.

we are having problem with Save as pdf. files are saving corrupted.

please check the log below

Try replacing the PBSHR.DLL used by your app with a fresh copy from the installation folder. For me, that location is:   C:\Program Files (x86)\Appeon\Common\PowerBuilder\Runtime 19.2.0.2670.

I recently had a  VERY similar issue with the PBVM.DLL.

  Are your PB Apps using the DISTILL! or NATIVEPDF! mechanism to produce the PDFs?

Hi, Amit -

Does it fail when running the application from the IDE, when running the compiled/deployed application, or both?

If it only fails from the compiled application, you likely are missing one or more runtime DLL's. Check the list of runtime DLL's documented in the PB Help section titled "runtime files" to ensure all are available to the application.

You may wish to try reinstalling PB 2019 R3 if the problem is occurring when running the application from the IDE.
