Please, Does anyone have a more detailed example or algorithm for the step #3 of this workaround?

Hi Alex;

I have used the follow approach before ...

Query#1 ... 1st 10 rows - Example:

SELECT   Name,
         ProductNumber,
         StandardCost
FROM     Production.Product
ORDER BY StandardCost
         OFFSET 0 ROWS
         FETCH NEXT 10 ROWS ONLY

Query#2 ... next 10 rows - Example:

SELECT   Name,
         ProductNumber,
         StandardCost
FROM     Production.Product
ORDER BY StandardCost
         OFFSET 10 ROWS
         FETCH NEXT 10 ROWS ONLY

And so on until no more rows. Food for thought. ;-)
