PowerBuilder v12.1, b7055
Windows 7
Oracle 12C, connecting with the Oracle 10 DLL.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
UPDATE:
   After closing PB, and after several reboots, this error just went away. Like magic.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Everything has been going well.
1) I have been helping my boss with various issues, and in the process of doing that created a new License File for him, and saved a copy in my own "\SYSAM\SYSAM-2_0\licenses" file.
2) When I go to open PB this morning, I get an error message during start up. I CANCEL out of the PB start sequence.
3) I move the new license file for the boss to a new location, restart the SYSAM server, re-read the license, and open PB - and now the HELP/ABOUT shows my license to be VALID.

HOWEVER....When I open up the Database Painter and "select * from table_name"  ~ OR ~  when I Edit/View data on table_name, the SAVE CHANGES icon is greyed out. I am unable to save any changes in any table.

A) What happened?
B) How do I fix this?

Thanks,

Olan

Thanks Chris, I cannot find any connection to the error the IDE is experiencing.

Interestingly, I CAN make inserts, updates, and deletes by using SQL in the database painter.
It's just the IDE update options that seem to be disabled.

Hi Olan;

  Tip: Make sure that the table(s) you are working with in the DB Painter have either a Primary Key or a Unique Index on them. Otherwise, the DB Painter would disable the Insert, Update, Delete functionality.
