I was having issues with my laptop. So I took it to Microsoft Store. They end out formatting and installing Windows 10. My Laptop is clean and I am going to install PowerBuilder 2017 R3. My question is can I do the R3 directly of I have to install all releases one by one? any advise like always will be greatly appreciated.

By the way before they reformatted the SSD I logout from with in PowerBuilder.

Regards,

Clarence.

Hi Clarence;

  You can download PB2017R3 & install it directly from there. After that, just install the newer Maintenance Release on top of that.

Yes, revisions (i.e. versions with an "R") can stand by themselves without any previous versions in installed. There has been a maintenance release released for R3. So we would recommend you install PB 2017 R3 and then install the maintenance release. No need to install PB 2017 or PB 2017 R2 or any of the previous maintenance releases.
