We recently ran into some UI issues with our PowerBuilder application when it came to users with scaling > 100%. This was resolved through changes to the manifest file but we are still having an issue with radio buttons on higher resolutions. The radio buttons appear very small relative to the label text. This seems to only happen with 4K monitors.

Has anyone run into similar issues? Is there any way to make changes to radio buttons sizes either in design-mode or programmatically?

Thanks,

Ben

Hi Ben,

Thanks for reporting this problem.

Yes, some customers also reported that setting the manifest file can solve similar problems. So can you provide this file to us for more analysis?

For the radio buttons issue (appearing very small relative to the label text), is it possible to provide a video clip, including the normal look and the contrast look in high resolution?

Since this type of issue is more difficult to deal with, we suggest you submit it via our support ticketing system to ensure it is being properly received by our tech support and tracked: https://www.appeon.com/standardsupport/newbug

Then we can schedule a remote meeting to discuss this issue further. Hope you can understand.

Regards,

Hi Ben;

   Since W10 & W11 standard font is now Sergoe UI - did you try using that font on the RB's to see if that gives better scaling?
