Kindly advice Pros and cons, if  develop Document Management System through Power builder. Consider web and mobile.

Hi Anthony;

     A good friend of mine who lives close to me has a great DMS he wrote quite a while ago. Its very popular with the Canadian Government and schools throughout Canada. Here is the link to the PROFF system. You might find it easier to use this prebuilt application rather than building your own. The PROFF application has also been already Cloudified using Appeon's PowerServer product as well.

Hi

The question is why developing a DMS? There are many around (some of them are free) where a lot of developers put a lot of work in.
