Resolved Problem Installing PowerClient on 2016 Server

I'm trying to setup the ftp server for PowerClient. I've copied the setup .exe to my 2016 windows server. When I run it the choice for PowerClient App Publisher is not an option to install. Any ideas why not?

We change the install process between the beta version and the final release.  In the final release it is called Cloud App Launcher and you follow these instructions: https://docs.appeon.com/pb2019r3/pbug/ch07s03.html#creating_a_powerclient_project
