Launch the PowerServer application from command prompt.

While executing the command, before launching the actual application, Splash screen will display. After that it will launches the actual application

During close of the splash screen, an error will be logged in windows event log.

Questions:

  1. How to prevent the display of splash screen?
  2. Why error will be logged in the system event logs?

Refer the attached pdf for the screenshots.

Thanks,

Gururaja Udupa

Hi Gururaja,

1) "How to prevent the display of splash screen?"

This is Cloud App Launcher necessary to launch the App: Cloud app launcher - - PowerServer 2022 R2 Help (appeon.com)

You can customize it when needed: (Optional) Customizing app launcher and app entry page - - PowerServer 2022 R2 Help (appeon.com)

2) "Why error will be logged in the system event logs?"

Please help to submit a small case that can reproduce this issue to your previous ticket 10426.

Regards, Logan
