Resolved PowerServer with Azure App Service

Hi Team,

I created the PowerServer Project with our current development oracle database and deployed the project to Azure App Service using Visual Studio 2022 (Direct Deployment). 

PowerServer Project:

Publish to Azure App Service:

When We run the Server API, we are getting the following the Internal Server Error Message. [Authentication is not happening] 

.Please let us know, if you have any suggestions or if anything we missed.

Also, adding to what Francisco said.  You compiled the Web APIs as x86.  Usually, Azure App Service is X64.

Hi Shenbagam,

For you to be able to use the dynamic configuration endpoints, your Web API configuration needs to be backed by a database, because it's using files by default. Please see the following documentation page: https://docs.appeon.com/ps2022r3/Storing_the_database_connection_in_the_database.html

Hi Team,



I done the code the changes and tried to published the code to Azure App Service. While running the application getting the blow error message.



Error:

An error occurred while starting the application.

SocketException: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

System.Net.Sockets.NetworkStream.Read(byte[] buffer, int offset, int count)



IOException: Unable to read data from the transport connection: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond..



Please give us some guide to proceed further.

Make sure the database server you configured is correct, sounds like the address might be wrong, or the server machine is blocking the connection (check that the server's firewall allows incoming connections through the port)
