Hello All,

I am trying to set the online licence to PowerServer PB edition (2019)
in the internet option there is only the PROXY IP / PORT / User / Password option

we use a setup script for the proxy

is any way i can use it or i will need to create a OFFLINE licence ?

Hi Andres,

PowerServer has no permission to read the IE proxy settings. As Chris mentioned, please ask your NETWORK IT people to provide the PROXY IP / PORT / User / Password, and the proxy need to register the following access:

Protocol: HTTPS
Port: 443
Domain: api.appeon.com and api2.appeon.com

Regards,
ZhaoKai

Hi Andres;

   This normally works all the time. They key is the Proxy IP which is the IP address of your corporate Proxy Server. Then the Port, User and Pwd should allow you through the Proxy firewall - assuming that your network people have allowed (registered) that UserID & Pwd to that Port address. From there, the PS online license should work properly.

   Also note that your network IT people still need to register the following access:

Protocol: HTTPS
Port: 443
Domain: api.appeon.com and api2.appeon.com

HTH

Regards ...Chris
