Good day!

 

We have Powerserver, and for all users in the client part it works closely fine. But there is a single one that when he connects to the application, it ask him for installing the multi-browser plug-in in  about one of three times he try to connect.  He is using google chrome and windows 8.1.

I had been thinking about fire him as the ideal fix, .... but he is actually my boss... you know... so... I am looking for alternatives.

Any advise?

Hi Juan,

Whether your boss had download and install Appeon Multi-brower plugin(appeonbrowser.exe) successfully? please go to Control panel > Programs to check it. and please try transfer the appeonbrowser.exe to your boss to install it.

We would like to invite you to experience the Installable Web Apps (it is called IWA for short). IWA applications run outside of the Web browser and eliminate the need to configure/install browser plugins.
