We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. PowerServer has a maintenance mode but it seems there is a bug in the product that is preventing it from properly taking effect. So while we were performing maintenance our the licensing servers the PowerServer didn't switch over. We will do our best complete the maintenance so your downtime is minimized, and in future we will release an MR to fix this issue in the product. This will not happen again in the future, and sincerely apologize.
