Powerbuilder 2022 build 1900
running on IIS windows 10 (on debug mode)

Hello people
I wanted to ask about the response time of a request from the end client to the powerserver app if it is enough by changing the "ConnectionTimeOut" property in applications.json (change it from 15 to 35 as seen in the attached photo)

When making a query like when updating, it gives me an error... that then when I try again, the error disappears and returns the data as updated.

Could it be that from the client I should configure a timeout as well? or what could be happening?

thank you so much

i send a zip file  attached a image json file, a  video and the powerserver log (which is in Trace mode and all booleans are true in logging.json)

Hi Damian,

The PowerServer log shows that the requested data is incorrect. This seems to be a bug related to creating the DataStore dynamically under a specific condition. To get proper assistance from our tech support and track your issue, please report it (and attach the sample PB case) through our support ticketing system at: https://www.appeon.com/standardsupport/

By the way: The “ConnectionTimeOut” property in applications.json is for the database connection string. There is no request timeout setting for the client app at the moment. If you want to know how to configure the Request timeout in PowerServer, please refer to: https://docs.appeon.com/ps2022/Configure_timeout_settings.html

Regards, Logan
