I need some advice on how to trick the standard crossbrowser plugin installation.
Maybe an "Active Directory group policy" tweak or a "c:\Users\Public" workaround.

*Problem
How to pre-install crossbrowser plugin so users can just type the Webapp URL (in Chrome/FF/Edge) and run it? No interactive/silent setup from user but silent pre-installation.

*Current Status
This answer from ZhaoKai explains why each user needs to have the plugin in own local dir:

*Limitation
Multiple users can use same PC.
