Hi Team,

We have try to configure our client server application to PowerServer 2022. Please find the below details

1. Our DB configured in Adaptive Server Anywhere 9.0 and it's successfully connecting.

2. In PowerServer application object in database provider list we cannot see the "Adaptive Server Anywhere 9.0" driver, but Adaptive Server Enterprise (ODBC) is available. Because of we cannot select the datasource name already created in Adaptive Server Anywhere 9.0.

Please help us to solve this issue.

Thanks

Rajkumar K S

Did you create a 64-bit DSN?  PowerServer defaults to 64-bit mode on a 64-bit Windows OS so it will only be able to access 64-bit DSNs.

Hi Rajkumar ;

  In PowerServer 2022 it does not use the same ODBC driver as PB does. PS grabs a native C# ODBC DB driver from SAP using a Nu-get package request. It's that SAP C# ODBC driver that has the issue as it does not support SA9. You will need to upgrade to SA version 16 or higher.
