Hi All,

Good day!

I have an issue in Powerclient set up in azure server.

Private ip is accessible and downloading and installing build files. But when we provide public IP it's not download and runs.

Please find the below points

1. Configured the IIS in azure server.

2. http://20.204.110.143/ - localhost loading

3. I have successfully configured powerclient remote FTP connection to azure server. (http://20.204.110.143/).

4. Successfully update the Applauncher to the azure server. (FTP path is pointed to wwwroot folder and IIS users have read/write access )

5. Successfully build and deploy my projects to the wwwroot folder of the azure server. Checked wwwroot folder in the server all the files available.

6. http://20.204.110.143/pclient/ - trigger this url in browser its opening the "Welcome! Your application is about to start…" and successfully download and install the launcher. But the issue is when we click the "Start Application" nothing is happened. I have checked the log in the C:\Users\****\AppData\Local\Launcher\log folder below are errors showing

2021-11-10 15:52:22.489 INFO [13348] [NETServer::CWinServer::Initialize@55] The network service is initialized successfully.
2021-11-10 15:52:22.525 INFO [11112] [NETServer::CWinServer::AcceptSocket@137] The network service is started successfully. Waiting for client connection...
2021-11-10 15:52:22.527 INFO [5828] [NETServer::CNetService::UnPack@470] Client connection: ACER. The connection to the app opener is successful.

 7. 20.204.110.143 In this server when trigger url like http://localhost/pclient/, it's download and run the application.

Kindly let me know if anything i need to do the server. I have enabled all the ports. I have attached the error log for your reference.

Please help me to resolve this issue..

Regards

Rajkumar K S

PowerClient is a client/server app not cloud app.  Are DB drivers installed on end users' machines?  Do the end users' machines have access to the database?  Is application shortcut created on the desktop?
