is it (or will it be) possible to set custom parameters directly into the P/C desktop link?
See attached image, any string in the desktop link (orange box) is ignored because parameters come as defined in the startup browser link (red box), the CloudApp launcher stores them into the app INI file.

I have made desktop shortcuts to URL with different parameters and it works well - but, every shortcut leaves an empty browser or browser tab open and that is not as professional as if we could use more shortcuts directly to the PowerClient with different parameters. Starting the PowerClient directly also seems to perform faster.

in fact, the URL shortcut triggers the CloudApp launcher every time (at the price of a little overhead), and leaves a blank browser page open.
PowerClient icon is therefore faster, but doesn't allow for custom parameters at the moment.
This may become a feature enhancement request to Appeon.
