Yes, the App has to be error free whether you deploy locally or remotely. However, warnings "might" be OK. The only reason that the App might still be running locally is because it's executing a previously deployed version that did not have any errors.

Hi Shameem;

 I think that we would need to know a lot more about your development environment set-up and how you configured your Cloud App Launcher and PS based PB App settings.

Hi Cris, my

I am at stage were the login comes when running the application in browser so the Run time issue is coming correct now but it seems that my Web API is not running in IIS server because I cannot login (not connecting to database) to my application. I tried running also in source (deploying the project and compiling ) the same thing happens. Did i miss something on that database configuration part?

Thanks

Did you compile and deploy the generated C# code with SnapDevelop?

Did you spend time and read tutorial how to deploy to remote server? https://docs.appeon.com/ps2021/Deploying_your_PowerServer_project_to_production_environment.html

Maybe Web server config issue.  Is JSON MIME type configured?

Hi Dexter;

   Your post states PowerClient but now your talking about PowerServer. These are two different technologies. Which one are you referring to?

 Also, PS2021 does not run under IIs unless, your using an older PS version. You need to give us all the App environment details before we can help further.

Regards ... Chris

Hi Patricia, please make sure you had installed Could App Launcher 19.2.0.2728 in the Control

Panel. Please try uploading Could App Launcher and runtime 2728 to web server, and then deploy the application with runtime 2728 too to see if it works well.

Hi Patricia,

Please make sure you had installed Could App Launcher 19.2.0.2728 and deployed the application with runtime 2728 too.

Due to the encryption for applications deployed by PowerClient having been improved to support cross-platform, you need to re-configure the Web server profile, deploy your PowerClient projects, and upload the cloud app launcher and runtime again after applying this MR 2728.

Please refer to Release Bulletin of MR 2728 below for details.
https://docs.appeon.com/pb2019r3/release_bulletin_for_pb/Build-2728-MR-Improvements.html#d0e716

Regards,
ZhaoKai
