Hi All,

Recently we tried deploying our PB 2017 R3 built application on user's Win 10 machine. Most of the users were able to work fine with the EXE but some of them faced issues. They were unable to edit the fields in the application's window. Do you guys have any suggestions? Most of the Win 10 issue threads which i went through contained this Touchscreen and handwriting panel service as the obstacle . Is it the same here or is there something else in play?

Check to see if anyone has large fonts enabled.

I was thinking if they had changed their Windows settings to Large Font, maybe the reason they can't type in the field is that the characters are too large to fit.

Hi Kailanathan;

   Those services were an issue for PB 12.6 Classic - in which the PB2017 product is built upon that code line. This is the first I have of this in Appeon PB as many W10 compliances were addressed by Appeon Engineering when they first migrated & updated the IDE code.

  If you disable one or both of those two services, does the PB App now behave correctly?

It still works the same way after the services have been disabled too. Some of the fields are not working .
