Is it possible to purchase additional powerbuilder IDE licenses from Appeon?

  For Sybase or SAP versions of PB - No.

  For Appeon versions of PB - Yes.

Appeon versions are 2017 and newer. SAP/Sybase versions are 12.x and older.
