Hi Mohammed;

   I have a similar laptop ...Ryzen 7, 16G, 1T SSD

   I have been running PB 2022 on that since I got the machine last November & it's still lightening fast! I can cold boot, login & then use PB 2022 build 1892 in about 15-20 seconds!!!!

  BTW: the laptop is running W11 version 22H2 lastest build. So I suspect that your slowness is not PB related.

Regards ... Chris

Can you give us some information about the picture you set in the picture button (size, dimensions)? What type of image are you using (jpg, png or something else)? It is located on your local disk, or somewhere else?

Andreas.

That looks like graphic card issue. Try adjusting graphic card settings.

Hi Mohammed .. yes, the screen painting looks a bit "chunky". Certainly not what I am experiencing on my Ryzen 7 laptop, Mine is super fast & smooth - even for quite busy Window layouts. Armeen could be correct about the Graphics Card or IMHO, maybe it's W11 graphics driver issue. You might want to see if there are any hardware updates. FWIW: My Ryzen Laptop did update its BIOS last December and then W11 did bring in updated drivers for various items. HTH

Do you have same problem on Intel processor?

If you open the PB demo applications and make code change to that does it also have same problem?

Well, you are using IDE build 1878. This is not the latest. There is also IDE version 1892... I mentioned that because in original post you were making the following statement "I updated the latest upgrade build 1878 still the issue exists". 1878 isn't the latest.

Andreas.

Hi Andreas ... My Ryzen 7 has run both PB 2022 builds that you mention with no performance issues. So I suspect that something else is going on in Mohammed's machine. ;-)
