I was trying to install from the link you provided. I down loaded and installing in Windows 10 PC after 93% the installer is aborted. Is there any other way can you help me to down load the PB6.5.1 SDK?

Make sure there are no " " or "." (white space or dots) in the path to your installer. Also "run as administrator".

I think that did the trick for me.

PB 6.5.1 turned 20 years old in May of this year. Why are you still using it?

That being said, I recently installed PB 4 thru 7 on my Windows 10 laptop and didn't have any issues.

My install didn't have a separate SDK folder, why not just manually copy the required runtime files from where they are currently.
