I've run into an issue deploying an existing project that last was deployed from 2019 R2. I've migrated it, changed my resource file, optimized PBLS, and rebuilt it fine. It crashes without a popup when attempting to deploy. I have tried to redo the migration (take the 2019R2 version and run migration against it again) and it didn't change the outcome. In event viewer I see the following three errors.
