Resolved PowerBuilder 2017 R3 Applications are crashing when Printer spooler is disabled.

Hi,

 

PowerBuilder 2017 R3 Applications are crashing while calling PrintGetPrinters() function. This is happening only if the  Printer spooler is disabled.

Apricate any solution or workaround for this issue.
