Resolved PowerBuilder 2017 Installer

I'm setting up a new laptop. There are a lot of links to download PB 2017 files but it isn't clear which one is a full installer. The most recent one is an update only.

Which one is the most recent full install?

I found the PB 2017 R3 installer on my old laptop. I installed that and the latest update.

Click on POWERBUILDER

Scroll down to the various 2017 versions. The latest is 2017R3.

That is documentation, not installers. I know where the installers are, the problem is that the list is so long, I don't know which one to choose.

Interestingly, this has the "latest" build, and it has the 2017 builds, but it does NOT have the 2019, 2020, or 2021 builds listed.
