I would like to get rid of the path created by the Cloud App launcher : C:\mypath\Applications\{nameofmyserver}_{nameofmyapp}
Would it be possible to specify the path entirely ? For example C:\mypath\myappname

But even if i do this as explained the cloud app launcher continue to install my app by adding /Applications/{nameofmyserver}_{nameofmyapp} to it

I'd like to force the full path, i don't know if that's possible or not.

You are correct. The CAL configuration allows you to specify the main (parent) absolute folder path. However when the PS App execution starts it will automatically create that sub-folder structure, which you have no control over. The CAL & PS App execution though need that sub-folder structure in order to operate. This is a PS App technical design requirement.
