Resolved Position of the Ribbonbar's Tooltip is not proper

Hello Team,

 

We are facing an issue with the position of the Ribbonbar's tooltip as the tooltip is showing at very bottom instead of immediately showing below the arrow.

 

Please refer attached screenshot for more information.

Ticket # 5760 is now closed. The ticket though was then converted into an "Enhancement Request" by Appeon Support.

Yes - they marked it as an enhancement request but I have no idea when they will address it. Did you try using HidePanelText instead? It is a checkbox on the General tab. When you select it you will see the control get smaller. Just do that and see if it works for you.

I reported this as a bug ( Bug 5760 ). In a nutshell the ribbon bar does not support a 'custom' height (which looks like what you are doing).  If you don't want the text to display then you need to use HidePanelText = TRUE.
