Resolved PDF Saveas Issue

Hi Guys,

 

We encountered issue in saving the datawindow to pdf in the client machine, this happens when pdf is viewed in iOS mobile phone (iphone). When viewed in browser the pdf is displayed properly.

This is how it looks.

 

What was the reason for this? If we are sending this in server its displayed properly in iOS mobile. What did i miss?

Maybe it is a problem with fonts?

What setting do you use for "Packaging custom fonts in gernerated PDF files"?

Actually, i already resolved the issue and it was caused by existing Ghostscript application that were installed in the system.
