When we are generating the PDF from the data window source, data that was generated to the PDF is getting shrunken.

We tried to use the property dw1.object.DataWindow.Export.PDF.NativePDF.ScaleFactor=100, However, we are getting an error. is this property deprecated?

What is the other property that we can use to help resolve this issue? We are using PB 2022

Hi Ratna, If you are sure the printing properties are correct, then I would suggest open a support ticket and if possible provide a little test app that reproduces the problem. https://www.appeon.com/standardsupport/newbug

Hi, Ratna -

There has never been a ScaleFactor property related to Native PDF support, as near as I can tell by examining the DataWindow Reference publications all the way back to when Native PDF support was added to PowerBuilder. If you can point out to me where it is documented, I'd be very appreciative.

Can you please describe in more detail what you are seeing that indicates there is some amount of reduced scaling being performed? If possible, attaching some zip'd examples of the shrinkage you are experiencing would be helpful.

Best regards, John

Hi John, Thank you for the reply. The issue here is it is printing the data to a pdf with a very small size that can't be viewed. What would be the solution to resolve? We did checked the printing properties on the datawindow and also the font size. They are all set properly. Not sure why the data would shrink when it prints to the PDF.
