Resolved PB2021 RT 21.0.0.1506/RT 21.0.0.1509 - ORA-01024 invalid datatype in oci call with version 19.15.0.0

Hello the community,
We actually experiment the following issue with PB2021 RT 21.0.01506 & PB2021 RT 21.0.0.1509 :

- ORA-01024 invalid datatype in oci call

This happens only with Oracle 19.15.0.0.
Testing with Oracle 19.14.0.0 is OK.

I have even tested it with PB2022 RT 22.0.0.1892 and the behaviour is the same : OK on Oracle 19.14.0.0 and KO on Oracle 19.15.0.0 !

Do you have experiment such same issue with Oracle 19.15.0.0 ?

Hi Patrice,

 

 Please verify whether Oracle 19.16.0.0 or later versions have the same problem. If they do, please open a support ticket for the engineer to further analyze the problem.

According to the Oracle website, compared to 19.14.0.0, 19.15.0.0 doesn’t have new features. You can refer to:

Hi,

If it works with oracle 19.14 and not with 19.15 then it's either a bug in Oracle (not impossible), but most likely in PB. I'd recommend creating a ticket on the support site.
