Hi all,

When i installed the PB2017R3 on Win10 64 bit machine, then login, the software crashed, closed automatically. I tried to re-intall, but the same issue.

Is there any special settings needed?

I had similar issue, on Win7x64 though

Temporary workarounds for me:

  1. Log in as Administrator and run PB
  2. Add a new Windows account and assign administrator role

It would interesting to know whether one of the above two methods work for you too.

Thanks Marco. Does the login need internet connect? At least, could connet to Appeon to verify the account? When tried with admin account, it occurs the error No network connetion

Hello,

Administrator login is related to your Windows account.

PB login is based on your online licensed account, which needs network connectivity first time you open PB IDE.
