We have some users who access to our PB2019 application through CITRIX and they have been complaining that the Frame Menu disappears without knowing how to tell us when.
The menu is not hidden, (looks like destroyed)

They say this occurs randomly.

Yes, it happens only in Citrix
2 The detailed PB version you are using.
The PB version is 2019 Build 2170
3 Do other PB versions have this issue?
No, they are using applications in PB 8 and PB 19 and it only happens in PB19
4 Do other applications have this issue?
We have only an app migrated to PB19, and it happens only with this app
5 If it’s possible, please provide a PB case with detailed reproducible steps.
