Resolved PB19 menu frame dissapears on CITRIX

Hello, 

We have some users who access to our PB2019 application through CITRIX and they have been complaining that the Frame Menu disappears without knowing how to tell us when. 
The menu is not hidden, (looks like destroyed)

We are waiting for users to provide us with more information.
They say this occurs randomly.

1 Does the issue only happen in Citrix?
2 The detailed PB version you are using.
3 Do other PB versions have this issue?
4 Do other applications have this issue?
5 If it’s possible, please provide a PB case with detailed reproducible steps.

1 Does the issue only happen in Citrix?

Yes, it happens only in Citrix

2 The detailed PB version you are using.

The PB version is 2019 Build 2170

3 Do other PB versions have this issue?

No, they are using applications in PB 8 and PB 19 and it only happens in PB19

4 Do other applications have this issue?

We have only an app migrated to PB19, and it happens only with this app

5 If it’s possible, please provide a PB case with detailed reproducible steps.

We are waiting for users to provide us more information, they say it is randomly.
