I am trying to migrate PB11 to Appeon PB 2017 R3 build 1915. At the end of migration, after regenerating the pbls, it said 43 errors, but didn't give any details of the errors. Noticed the same thing when tried to migrate from PB12.6 to Appeon PB 2017 R3. Is there anything that needs to be done (like copying any dlls, etc.) for migrating from PB11 to Appeon PB 2017?

Hi Suneetha;
Do the PB 11 & 12.6 Apps compile clean in their respective PB versions (no warnings) before migration? Also, did you optimize all your App's PBLs as well & then do a full build before migration?
Regards ... Chris

Thanks Chris for your response. Yes compilation in previous versions were successful. On a closer look, it appeared that the issue was with DB connection, after fixing that, migration was successful from PB11 to Appeon PB 2017 R3. Issue is now resolved.

Yes, you need a DB connection with the correct Schema in order to properly migrate the DataWindow objects and in-line SQL.

Hi Suneetha,
Do you use any (external) PBDs in your library list or do you use PB extensions?
Regards,
René
