Resolved PB license management

Hi,

Could someone explain why the options for editing PowerBuilder IDE licenses (for example, changing license types, assigning / unassigning users, etc.) in the User Center site are not enabled?. Needless to say, my account has the profile to manage licenses. Below the screenshot:

Hi Miguel,

Your account does not have License Administration powers, the license administrator account is someone else at your organization, but there is an option so you have admin powers as well.

Hi Mariano,

I have already completed the process to convert my account into a License Administrator and have already received approval from the Appeon Website. However, I go back to the User Center to manage the licenses but the options to modify them are not yet available.



I still do not receive a response from latam@appeon.com
