I've logged in before using PB 2017 and PB 2019, but now I get an error at the point of login that states 'No Network Connection'. I assume that the network restrictions at my worksite have changed and now it is being blocked. There is network connectivity and I tried using Admin privileges when opening the application, but I still get the error. Is there a URL or site that I can whitelist to try to get past this error?

Adding to what John said, I suspect your company firewall and/or computer firewall is blocking the connection.

Is that a problem on Appeon's end?

I was able to use those parameters to add to our safe list. Now I can login with the proper license. Thanks!
