I am running the PB 2025 Beta Build 3503. When I create a solution program, and it does a build (full/incremental) I get this error message:

I got the same error message in the previous PB build.

I am able to create small PB 2025 apps the old way.

I am running PB 2025 in Windows 11 24h2 in Parallels on a macbook pro.
