I just upgraded my Oracle client to 64-bit and my application will not run now through the IDE.  I get the "Failed to get NLS_LANG charset ID " when I try to connect to Oracle.  I can connect through SQLPlus to this database and the Deployment I did before upgrading to 64-bit still works but PB won't even connect to the Oracle db now.  I tried adding a Local NLS_LANG in my Registry but still no go.

Thank you for the help!

Hi David;

  The PB ODE is still 32bit - thus, you will need both the 32bit and 64bit Oracle driers installed. One for the IDE and one for your App's 64bit EXE to use.
