Resolved PB 12.6 install on Remote Server

Previously my client had PB 12.1 upgraded to 12.6 installed on a client server.  Client has now switched servers and I need to help them get PB 12.6 on the new server and activate license successfully.  License is not working\activating for the new remote server.  Able to activate the licenses I create on my local machines but the this remote server.

Please help!

If you have a local .lic file, you can edit it and have a look at the machine name and the mac address (like Chris mentioned). You have to make sure the servername is the same as in the license and you can use the "Mac Changer" utility to change the mac to be the same as in the license .lic file.

Hi Adonis;

  For the old SYSAM license on a Windows "server" and / or VM machine you need to create "SYSAM Server" that hosts the licenses & serves them up dynamically. Your PB 12.6 local licenses are tied to either your MAC or HD serial number.
