Resolved Pagination with gray background (without continuous scrolling)

Hi:

We have a freeForm DW with Reports and when de result have more than one page the paginatión is very ugly, doesn't do de scroll continu, puts the backgroung grey and the secon page is no visible until we scroll to the begin. How we can do then continous scroll, without pagination?

Hi Chris!

 

1) What version & build of PowerServer are you using?


2) What device(s) are you running on?

It happens on all devices. For example: Samsung Galaxy A6+ or Iphone 6s

3) What O/S & version(s) are you using?


Android or IOs. For example on the devices mentioned above Android 9 or IOS 13.3.1

 

By the way, how can I open a Support Ticket ? I have never done it. Is free?

Hi Oihana;

Thank you for that extra information. Make sure that you have not set an arbitrary background colour in your PS Toolkit's "Application Profile" for this App.

Hi Oihana;

Thanks for that colour setting information. Seems like it might be a bug but, would need to look at your App or investigate more in depth via a Test Case. I would open a Support Ticket for this issue if you cannot solve it on your side.

Also ... have you opened a Support Ticket for this issue. We may need to look at your DWO's, code, etc deeper to locate the issue(s) around this.
