Arrived at remote site location to discover the Sysadmins had life cycled my developer's box.  Old box is now unavailable for license de-activation.  Who do I need to contact to get the license de-activated so I can get a new one for the new PC/Laptop?

Thanks

The person who is your license administrator.

I am the license administrator. I can "logoff" someone who is uses an on-line license. But I see no mechanism to logoff/De-activate an off-line license.

Hi Dale ... Correct. There is no way to control or recover a lost offline license. You MUST deactivate the license first before uninstalling PB or wiping the PC. Just follow Armeen's advise for a support ticket & the license support team will then need to get involved.

Please open a support ticket.  There is no way for the license admin to recover an offline license through the license portal.  Only online licenses can be recovered.

Almost did. But figured it wasn't a "bug", so I asked here first.

Thanks

Thanks for being mindful. You are right it is not a bug. This is one of the few situations where it is still appropriate to open a support ticket. Thanks!
