Resolved ODBC driver 18 for sql server for Sql server 2022

Hi,

Can ODBC Driver 18 for SQL Server driver be used to access new features of SQL Server 2022?

Latest version is 18.3.2.1 (October 10, 2023).

SQL Server 2022 requires 17.10 or higher.

Hi Apoorva  ;

  The expected ODBC DB Client driver from Microsoft is version 18 for SQL Server 2022.

  Wile ODBC version 16 might (should) work OK ... you could find that some new DML / Data types, etc night not be supported. Whether your PB App needs to use those SS 2022 new features will be the litmus test to determine your ODBC version that is required.  HTH
