I need to close my session account,  looks like my account is recorded as still logged in and it is not true because I am the only one who use my account. Could you please close it for me?

  You can log yourself out from here: https://account.appeon.com/logout-user/pb

Also, you can get your organization's PB License Admin to do that for you as well.  HTH

I have the same Problem, everytime I restart my computer or after I changed my password!
