We are using a WEB API to send email out to recipients with attachments.  But, the recipients are getting the same email several times.  The application loops through a table to extract the email addresses.

Any suggestions or help?

Have you run the query that's getting executed to make sure the email addresses aren't duplicated because of the SQL?  Maybe step through in debugger or do a SaveAs() if you are using a dw/ds to loop through.

We stepped through in the debugger. There's only two email addresses and it goes through twice, but sends out 4 emails. 2 to each recipient.

This was happening to me too for some time. I can't remember though what was causing the problem. All I know, is that it had to do with my email configuraton.

Please browse https://duckduckgo.com/?q=receiving+every+email+twice&atb=v327-1&ia=web to see if there's anything that might apply to your case.

Which email client are you using?

regards.
