Hello Shaila,

HTTPClient object can be used to call SOAP WS, including thereby MTOM/XOP:

Hi Mark,

As per Chris it is possible that it can not work as well, But would like to see if anyone has tried this yet with success.

Thanks,

Shaila

Hi Shaila,

there is no doubt the approach is going to work.

I have used it extensively and also demo'ed it during Elevate 2019.

Hi Shaila et Al;

   AFAIK (and understand), MTOM/XOP is an IBM protocol adopted by W3C that requires a deeper use of XML and SOAP protocol in the HTTP data exchanges. Thus my guess is that this will not work with PB's HTTPClient. However, it would be great to hear from anyone who has tried this.

Regards ... Chris

Hi Chirs,

Yes I agree with you the MTOM/XOP contains deeper use of XML's.

I am not sure if anyone has used this, if yes please share the outcome else I will try to build something and see if this works.
