Hi,

We are currently using PB12.6 and intend to migrate to PB2022, keeping our application in its client/server form at first, but we would like to try out PowerServer as well, so our intentions are to buy a number of Pro licenses and one CloudPro.

My question is: will the developer using the CloudPro version be "compatible" with the rest of the team when working on our client/server application?

We will create 2 different projects and workspaces, but will it be necessary to have 2 separate PB installations, one to work on Pro and one to test CloudPro?

Thanks

Hi Luc;

  There is no difference when working on standard C/S Apps in either Pro or Cloud editions. It's only the Cloud version that will expose the new Cloud Project & work to deploy any C/S as a cloud app.
