Does PB have version that supply this new driver? mean, not the old OLE DB

but this one

We are tentatively planning to support this for PowerBuilder 2019 R3.

However, you might be able to get it working today. Take a look at this post: https://community.appeon.com/index.php/qna/q-a/sql-native-client-support
