I've noticed that the spacing on my program menu toolbar is not showing up correctly.  I have entered in a value of "5" for the "toolbaritemspace" for a menu item, which does show up correctly in the IDE, but when I run the program, the buttons in my toolbar are right next to each other.  I need to have some space between these buttons.

Is this a known issue?  I couldn't find anything about this issue.

See attachments for example.

Thanks!

Hi Lisa,

what's your version?

On my side (2017 R3 #1858) the space is lost if I set application property ToolbarText to True (big icons with text), but the space does appear if the property is False.

For the record, PowerServer works fine in both ways instead.

Best,

.m

Hi Lisa;

     Menus and their toolbars are a little strange in that they can display differently at run-time versus what you see in the Menu Painter. These variations can be slight to moderate in behaviour depending on the features or combinations of properties that you are using together.

    We would probably have to see the Menu source in order to advise you any further.

Note: menu behaviour in a PowerServer Web App can also slightly different than a native PB app as well.

Regards ... Chris

I did check, but my ToolbarText was already turned off (not checked).  When I turned it on, there was no change.  Bummer!  Although I did notice that "ToolbarUserControl" option which is a good one to turn off also!

If you can think of anything else, please let me know. Thanks!
