Are you speaking of licenses for Appeon's version of PowerBuilder, or of older SAP and/or Sybase versions of PowerBuilder?
If you have licenses for the older SAP/Sybase versions of PowerBuilder, you will need to call SAP and get them to assign a designated person as your license administrator. At that point you can go online and manage your existing licenses. You cannot purchase any NEW licenses, but you can make the current licenses workable with new hardware, new disks, or new users.
When calling SAP, it's not required but EXTREMELY helpful if you have any of the following: Customer #, Customer Name, and/or SAP Marketplace Userid.
